A Division Volleyball finals

The NY volleyball boys team made it into the finals for the A Division. As a result, our principal summoned the entire J2 cohort to go to Toa Payoh Sports Hall at 2.30pm today to support them. Well, we won convincingly with a score of 3:0 against Temasek JC.

We nearly lost the first set with a score of 25:23. NYJC players are in red.

Look at the number of supporters we had compared to the TJCians. This is just half the number. (see above)

The victory run with our school flag.

Heard from my friends that our volleyball team has reached the finals many times. One even claimed that NYJC is usually the assumed winner. The rest will compete with each other for second or third placing. No wonder our principal confidently said this morning that the chances of winning for us is about 99%.

Well done to our Volleyball boys!

My classmates ( or rather, mostly the guys with 2 girls) had a very "sick" discussion about those kind of "topics" after the match. From lunch till the bus, perpetually no pause. With my significant input into the discussion, its no doubt some of my classmates perception of me has been changed or reinforced.

Ok, I am not intending your to change the perception of me. I would just like to say that its my nature to be open about anything. No matter how taboo the topic seems to others, I still voice it out. So much so that I sometimes fail to regard the feelings and conservativeness of others. If some of you are offended because I appeared to have flaunted my knowledge, I apologise. I dun mean to do it.

I am interested in gaining all kinds of knowledge. Even those in "that" area. My extensive knowledge in that area does not mean I am mentally sick or anything.

What matters most when it comes to such knowledge is how do you use it if at all. The element of control must be there when one handles such issues whether mentally or in the unknowingly research phase. Dun worry, I am in control of myself.
